1- Tasarımlar:
Süper ısıtıcı, doymuş buhar veya ıslak buharı süper ısıtılan buhar veya kuru buhara dönüştürmek için kullanılan bir cihazdır.ve buhar reformlama gibi süreçlerdeÜç tür süper ısıtıcı vardır: radyant, konveksiyon ve ayrı ateşlenir.Bir süper ısıtıcının boyutu birkaç on metreden birkaç yüz metreye kadar değişebilir (bir kaç metreden birkaç yüz metreye kadar).
Tekrar ısıtıcılar ve süper ısıtıcılar, kazanın içinde bulunan bir dizi tüpdür.Su duvarlarından gelen buhar, gerekli maksimum çalışma sıcaklığına ulaşana kadar doymak sıcaklığının üzerinde ısıtıldığı süper ısıtıcılara geçer.Süper ısıtılan buhar daha sonra ana buhar borusundan yüksek basınçlı türbine akıyor.Yüksek basınçlı türbinden çıkan egzoz buharı, yeniden ısıtmak için kazanın içine ve oradan ara ve düşük basınçlı türbinlere yönlendirilir.Yüksek ısıtma sıcaklıkları bir santralin çıkışını ve verimliliğini artırır.
Süper ısıtıcı türleri:
Bir radyant süper ısıtıcı doğrudan yanma odasına yerleştirilir.
Sıcak gazların yollarında konveksiyon süper ısıtıcı bulunur.
Adından da anlaşılacağı gibi, ayrı ateşlenen bir süper ısıtıcı, kazandan tamamen ayrıdır.
