Kazana ekonomizörleri, sıvıları (tipik olarak su) kaynama noktasının altındaki sıcaklıklara ısıtan, kanatlı borulara sahip ısı eşanjör cihazlarıdır. Üç tip kazan ekonomizörü üretiyoruz:
- Çıplak borulu ekonomizör
- H-kanatlı borulu ekonomizör
- Spiral kanatlı borulu ekonomizör
H-kanatlı borulu ekonomizör, H-kanatlı borulardan oluşan yüksek verimli bir ısı eşanjörüdür. Çıplak borulu ekonomizörlere kıyasla şunları sunar:
- Genişletilmiş ısı alışveriş alanı
- Gerekli boru sayısında azalma
- Artırılmış baca gazı akış alanı
- Azaltılmış baca gazı akış hızı ve aşınma
