Product Description
Kazan baca gazı için diferansiyel basınçlı ekonomizör, kazan performansını ve enerji tasarrufunu optimize etmek için tasarlanmış yüksek verimli bir ısı eşanjör cihazıdır.
Kazan ekonomizörleri, kaynama noktasını aşmadan sıvıları (tipik olarak su) ısıtan kanatlı borulara sahip ısı eşanjör cihazlarıdır. Üç tip üretmekteyiz:
- Çıplak boru ekonomizörü
- H-kanatlı boru ekonomizörü (genişletilmiş ısı alışveriş alanı ile yüksek verimli tasarım)
- Spiral kanatlı boru ekonomizörü (uzatılmış hizmet ömrü ile aşınmaya dayanıklı)
H-kanatlı boru ekonomizörü, yapısal bütünlüğü korurken baca gazı akış hızını ve aşınmayı azaltır. Çift H-kanatlı borular, uzun boru sıraları için gelişmiş sağlamlık sunar. Spiral kanatlı ekonomizör, üstün aşınma direnci sağlar.
Ekonomizör, baca gazlarından atık ısıyı verimli bir şekilde geri kazanarak, optimum soğutma performansını korurken enerji tüketimini en aza indirerek işletme maliyetlerini düşürür.
